On my 1e40qmb, i took out the final drive shaft with all the geara and now i cannot re insert the fk.al drive shaft! The bearing wont go in with the shaft, is there a certain tool i need? Thanks

Heres the stator, battery doesnt charge when revved
And the rectifier getshot, not super hot, but encomfortable to touch

Yeah the cvt seems perfect, timing is right, but there is something bout the tire, the one in front is large and the one in the back is smaller, like the size of a normal yy50qt. Pressure fine though!

Yes oil level is perfect and tires are fine, wht about the tires make it not speed?

The battery on it was brand new, and I have tried 2 battery's and its the same thing.
The battery dies when the key is turned. When I crank it, it's down to 3 to 4 volts. When e everything is off, the battery charges itself, I think the rectifier is bad, because it doesn't charge the battery when I rev it, even passed 3000 rooms it doesn't charge, it drops a little and goes up just barley. Could it be the stator? Thanks

Hey guys, for these 70cc bbks im gunna get kne, but do i need to buy a 70cc head? Or can i just use the head i already have? Also mycarbs main jet is a 70, people are tellibg me i dont need to rejet, is that true? And if not how high should i start?
Im looking at the minarelli kits with a 12mm wrist pin, but my mian wuestion is do i i need to buy a kit with a head or not? Thanks!

ok wehen i got it, it shot off to 45 mph because the air filter wasnt on and stuff, it backfired alot too. but it did hit 45, even if i went down a hill right now, it would hit it eventurally, and when its on the center stand it revs, i dont get it

ok because i did replace the stock cdi for a different NEWER stock cdi that i had on a scooter 400 miles on it, and still no difference

btw it revs high when it is on the center stand, now with my weight on it, it only hits 25

ya the exhuast stll doesnt work, acceleration is great, but the bke wll never go above 5000 rpms!
