so i may have come across a free scooter motor. a buddy from work knows a guy that wants to get rid of his scooter cuz its just a big eye sore in his yard. it was in an accedent so the front end is junk but the motor is still good. now from my coworkers discripsion im left to beleave its a yamaha majesty a 395cc water cooled motor. so if i get it i may try and cram it into my lil 49cc scooter. now is that just retarded or just awesome. plus does anyone know if they make a kit to mount this motor on a Chinese scooter ? ive seen monstergy6 on youtube videos for something like this but not as big nor have is seen it for sale on there web site. if not what kind of headacks am i looking at doing this

i have heard a few ppl go from a 50cc carb to a 150cc carb havent really heard much about this. i have a 100cc bbk with a uni air filter and already i am running really lean i ordered a jet so that should fix that. but is 150cc carb a big help in getting a proper air fuel when you have 100 bbk or is more of a bragging thing??? really just want to know when you need this or if it just a waste of time and money

I started out with a 2012 Jonway agility 49cc got a 100cc bbk, uni air filter, stock variator but slightly shaved. im currently getting about 40mph on flat but i just found out i was running pretty lean waiting for a new jet hopefully ill get a few more MPH my goal is to get 50 MPH on flat then concentrate on getting the best launch

I just thought it would be cool to see who has the fastest scooter where they started with a lil 50cc scoot and cranked it up to get the most out of it with out doing a motor swap. let us know what you have, what youve done, and where your going.

ok just put in a manual petcock still no change gunna check out the plug and see what it looks like if it looks like im running lean ill get a bigger jet then later get the new cdi. also i did put a new uni filter on and didnt really know what to do with the pcv and vacum lines and that valve on the exhaust . sorry i keep adding more to the problem

I never even thought of using a minivan id like to see how the scoot looks in the minivan if ya got pics. id like to get something that get better than 10mpg lol

i have a 2004 E-150 i got just for transporting my scooter/ storage fits perfect could probable fit a second scooter in there if i really wanted to. i only have a small 49cc scooter tho

ok ill give it a shot now if i need to go bigger what sizes should i look at ( dont know the size that came with the kick didnt say)
ooo i forgot to add i have a stock cdi could i be hitting a rev limiter or something?

so ive had problems with the 49cc scoot for a while and found out the piston rings went so i figured seeing im taking it apart anyways might as well up grade so i got an ebay 100cc bbk and a uni intake. runs awesome BUT, when i go over 40mph it cuts out comes back cuts out comes back. now ive read were ppl have had to replace there gas lines cuz they would start to pinch and cut off fuel or am i in need of a bigger jet? the kit came with bigger jet or was that just sound like some ebay crap NOOB ? now im still running the stock exhaust can this interfear as well?

Ok so here we go, i own a Jonway Agility 50CC 4stroke air cooled scooter and one day i found it laying on its side when i was about to go to work since then it hasnt ran or hasnt ran right. so i first notest oil backed into the air filter so i cleaned that out as much as posibable but ran and drove like crap till one day it didnt run at all. i then ajusted the valves and it finally started up again. at that point i stored it for the winter. spring came and got back to work the scooter still started but would stall at full throttle. i disconected the intake from the carb and ran AWESOME drove it to work and on the way home started running like crap then died and hasnt ran since. i know its bad to run with out an filter but im getting a high flow air filter off monstergy6. i tried ajusting the valves again still no differace. im thinking i burnt out the spark plug
