small uneven place on base where the base gasket goes, the two case halves meet. my fingernail ticks across it. barely hits it. so dropping price. a racing performance motor with like a metal base gaseket, i had one, it got a scratch, the base gasket, and it leaked, i checked it. done a lot of damage. in 1 mile. the stock motor that came off, looked fine. it looked fine wher teh uneven place was. no scratches, it looked good. id say a paper gasekt would be fine. a racing performacen motor with a metal base gasket traded to a paper one, would, lose a little compression, and probably not leak. check. and if you wanted to runa metal, youd have to resurface, if yo8u tested and it leaked.
so im lowering the price. the motor was ran, teh back driven shaft's bearing was out. the cylinder was shiny. 150$ obo +shipping

they shouldnt be too loose. theyre not going to go out of place. but make sure you get the right ones. if they came with your variator and arent worn out. and they are made for your variator. some are turned corners weirder and fit closer to the variator better. i got handfuls, some hold them selves. some slide in but arent a lot of material on the outside to clamp on the variator, but wont go out of place while shifting. just getting th eright ones.

dont run it without exhaust gasket. treatland sells stuff i cut out with a hammer, screwdriver tin snips and a sanding drum on a dremel with. no burrs, and i wash it off. get 6 from one sheet 6 b ucks a sheet.
i had a 66cc blew up later ticking, exhaust gasket leak. brand new, warm up. 2 minutes later. i dont know what happened, scratched all to pieces. had other problems. have no idea. might of ran it without the exhaust leak, yea i thik 50 miles then checked.
but, dont run it without exhaust gasket. i didnt know what scratched that ever. but i wont i didnt check after running it with an exhaust leak. did have an intake leak....
no black stuff ending up on your case. thats a good tight non leaking exhaust gasket. no black exhaust stuff covering your case around your exhaust. check the connection occasionally

sounds like the exhaust is missing. check see if gaskets on there. or tightened down, good enough. look for black crap if it looks tight, around it, if it was clean.

is yoru fuel lines clear? can you see the gas flow? how about unhook ure gas line, then suck the vacuum then see if it drains dont hold it more angled the fuel line or anything, just like how its held up hooked up to the carb. good idea to get the fuel filter, straight up and down. caues gas doest like to flow around it. it'll get stuck. is ure gas lines, your filter, clear? ?

1e40fm case halves clean, has a little surface rust on case oil seal crankshaft oil seal area. a little scratch on case halves. right sealant should seal them up. its a 1e40fm. i heard it was a qmb-a case. its like a triton bottom end, i think..? it came off a sundiro akita i think. or something like that close to it. its 90cc crankshaft cut. it ran a 54cc motor. had a stroker crank. you get everythiugn in the full picture located here, but its been took apart. have the center stand, head, no driven pulley, though uh included, .. flywheel, the alternator but the pickups bent and the stator plate where the pickup connects, is also cracked. it still seals the oil pump. the stator plate is cracked. it comes with it and the flywheel. the oil pump, comes with it. no good cylinder, also is included, i chipped a cooling fin, on the backside of the case cylinder bolt. the gears in the final drive are all there. the wheel bearings and final drive bearings are probbaly gone, and the covers bearing is gonme. thats why they stopped riding it. little surface rust in case halves. have more pics. includes, rear rim, motor mount pay shipping, its shortcase, 57mm carters, i measured them, the scratch between the case havles is like half the size of a grain of sand. i had a scratch, half that size, and i thought, it would leak. i sealed it and leak tested it and it was fine. 160 $ plus shipping OBO for all. pics mopeddump.net78.net/mopedstuff/ycloneAttachments:

dio and sym gears are like, 1 off. if it's 9:1 dio its like 8:1 sym. that 41x15 is 9.8:1. like 8.8:1.
which polini you getting? most dio users get around 8.4:1. for a corsa. contesta, a 9:1, somewhere around there, would work. i run 8.9:1 dio.
