how do you tell when the 1/4 throttle is rich or not, with it on the stand and pulling back the throttle? is there a test. tell you what i done. pulled it back, and seems it revs too quick, doenst want to rev. so, i slowly pulled the htrottle back, around 1/4 throttle, it starts to rev fast. so i pulled the choke. it was back to revving how it was, about oh a 1/16 of an inch back on the throttle, pulled back. so, should i richen 1/4 one step? dellorto phbg.21

lye dipping. make sure its all steel. metal. iron. dip it in a small container that will cover over it. fill extra space with bricks. leave it like 6 hours or 8 lift it after an hour, dump gunk out. let it sit. lye desitigrates bodies.
use bricks to fill up extra water space. put lye in the bucket, exhaust fill up rest with water. wear, stuff, covers and stuff.

like some times lighter roller weights, a airbox restriction or something and a jet rejet, will desrestrict it, then some lighter rollers, well, it put sless weight on the engine. if its too light the engine won't have momentum. usually stock like agram drop in wegiths. like if stocks, 6 go to 5. somethign like that.
punch out airbox restrcition, upjet carb, lose mpgs, racing variator, and lighter rollers, and some springs, first the 3 springs, then after a variator, the contra, youll need it.

roller weights might be worn out, or belt. or yo8ur clutch springs. tgats it normal usual stuff. whyile your getting new rollers, see what will give yo8u better with stock. maybe the clutch springs. go with 1000's rpms. for stock. and after a variator, put a contra in the clutch.

most of the times when you go to get it fixed. they fix it. then leave you with the problems it has. like the over lean main jet on the performance exhaust you got now, with the lean main jet. with signs of less top speed. no you shouldnt be running alright, if y8ou lost top speed. performance exhaust usually help because of stock restrictions. does it sound raw? really popping at high speed?

ya. hey i updated my post.
uhm does the spinning, though, where it misses, is it fixed by that? i think its what burnt it out. when i first took it apart and put it back together, it was just spinning, that gear fast. then it caught, and went realll slowly. not grinding good like before. like a dead battery. and how about teh brushes. its a honda. there as long as they are wide? are they supposed, to .. be shiny? i havent really looked. yet. will this fix the spinning?

it spun, the starter, does that. it misses. and that fix, does that fix that? and alright. but it misses a lot and is that how yo8u fix that? its pretty gone. takes a while turning it. it might of burnit it out whatever it is. just wondeinrg what burns that out? yea mine was pretty black, looking. i forget how yo8u clean them. i heard. oh 2000 grit sandpaper?
how do i know when the, one things, the plastic little rubbing, things, are bad? these looked about as logn as they are wide. there honda.
would a yamaha's .. uh. uhmm. .. UM them thigns. motor, brushes. yea. froma yamaha work on them? also they look like a dremels, i bought a set. but theyd have to be the same size? too right? hehe. where do you get motor brushes, just any?

maybe up your main jet one size, since it was a performance upgrade pipe. might be running lean, and it might get higher top speed. if its lean.

but it ran real slowly like a really dead battery, but it wasnt.
so, theres no fixing? whats burnt? the guy on the phoe said something, like, odometer> i couldnt hear him? so. nothing to replace? really? its shot? ever gotten one of them eastern tennessee dc electric starters?

ok. so i took the starter apart. it was spinning with no resistance when i got it apart. quick. so i messed with them springs. and put it back together and pushed on the plastic clip. then the starter was hard to sp9in and i was like, itll make power. so back together. started spinning when i hit the start button. finally started, slowly turning it. like a real bad dead battery, but it just kept going. then i noticed smoke fro the relay. i quit. and unplugged it.
what is wrong? bad relay starter? the springs are like on plastic clips, they push on things that push agasint he spinning thing at the bottom. they seemed, thick?

if i put the razz... ah. i dont think the yamaha would, work. even though they both look the same. same size. my kickstarters messed up and my starter died like a battery died in a gameboy.
think i might of burned it out. but i dont know. pretty srue, it was really worn. and it made a dead battery sound. like i killed the starter. the lawnmower after that, started up. ehh. wait, it was running. and i had a full face helmet on. when this happenned. it now just, ticks. and the box on top when my batery died, makes the same tinking sound and the wire jerks. if you hold it. it .. ticks,.. thru it. like it pings it. but no starter. dead battery on my scooter.
