I'm sure with a 75cc BBK, you can put taller gears on them, converting some of the gained torque to top speed.

I got 3k KM on mine, stock. RPMs went up, but I don't know if it's the belt or the sliders. They mostly recommend to change it at 4 to 5k km, around 4k km, I'll open the variator and see. I know the BMS260 ate through the belt quite quickly. Hope this one will last longer.
In any case, it's wise to already order one; that way when it's time to change, you don't have to wait for shipping.

My scoot does 47MPH, and it is stock, because they come from the store like that. They're registered as a 50cc, but I suspect they are a batch of 63cc's. Even then, the graph shows 63cc and 47MPH (it does 53MPH with wind in the back).

72, 75, or 80cc kits is really the max I'd go on these engines. 100cc sometimes brings problems. You probably might need to rejet the carb.
75cc is enough torque to accelerate and not leave people behind you waiting. It'll accelerate faster than normal traffic upto ~25-30MPH, then accelerate normally to ~45MPH, and slow to ~50 something MPH. 75cc is 50% more displacement than a 50cc!
Especially when you also adjust the roller weight for better acceleration.

Well, based on the info I got from this site, i suspect I have the secret 63, and it does 47MPH.
Based on the scoot I have, I'd say 75cc is the minimum I'd go for if I'd upgrade it.

Too bad you all call it false info, when it's actually all stock and measured. TaoTao tunes most of it's scoots. Most people don't get the same performance because they receive a scoot from the factory that's not tuned.
The TaoTao's are pretty much tuned for top speed, and the other bikes I have, pretty much too. I never started messing with a performance exhaust or variator. All of these measurements are stock. If your 50cc does not do 40MPH, something is wrong. My 50cc does 47MPH, it could be a secret 63, that's why I put it under 63cc. But a 50cc should do 40MPH with ease; perhaps not in start stop traffic, but run it on a long stretch, and see if it can get upto 40MPH or not; it should. Pump up the tires, put the right fuel and oil in it, and you're ready to top the 40MPH barrier.
If yours is doing only 30 or 35MPH, it's either limited or restricted somewhere, or it's just really bad set up.

Mine does the same thing, When overfilling the gas tank it drips out. The ATM150/EVO150 is not a good offroad bike! The suspension is rock hard, almost feels like solid rubber. It's not going to be pleasant riding on those, offroad.

It's A LOT cheaper than a CAN-AM, which go for the price of a car ($20k) I think it's already Chinese made. They say American, but there's no other option than to buy parts in China. The Chinese trikes have no roof, and are sold for $3k, it's very hard to earn a living and sell this for that price, but then again, the cheapest USA car is sold for $10k, so it might be possible it's all American. The only issue I see on this thing is cornering, and highway riding. 80MPG is good, probably geared really high. In order to go 100+MPH, it needs at least an 800cc engine, probably a 900 to 1000cc 3 or 4 cylinder, 4 stroke engine. It wouldn't surprise me if the engine is a Chinese Suzuki 4 cylinder 1 liter clone, used in many karts, geared correctly. Looks very affordable; at least a lot more affordable than the Tango T600, which goes for $200k www.commutercars.com/

Oops sorry, the 750 should have been a 500cc. My 750 does 103MPH. Anyway, it's a rough chart, like I said. And for the most part, it is correct. Those are top speed readouts of all my bikes (save for the 229 and the 750 which should have been for a 500).
Also Japanese bikes tend to go a bit faster than chinese bikes.

My 63 does 47-48MPH. Not now anymore since I need a valve adjustment and a cvt checkup. Now it only goes 40MPH, 45MPH on a good day.
