Rebuilt a scooter and it runs ok. Needs work, though. Gunned it to about 7000 rpm (for a sec) on center stand. Riding (under load) I get no more than 5000 rpm. It has take-off power but does not get "to speed".
The original top-end was a larger than 50cc (secret thingy) and was replaced with 49cc top-end.
Any thoughts or opinions on the matter? Thanks, mopojo
