That sucks about your Variator, bro. I've been dealing with the same kind of service from just about everywhere lately... Amazon shipping a day late, absolutelyscooters shipping days later, I just wish most of these businesses had the business ethic that Carasdad has. As soon as I paid him he had my camshaft shipped as fast as humanly (maybe robotically...) possible. I got that spring ready to ship whenever you want, too. I live pretty close to the post office so I'll ship it as soon as possible, after I get the money to pay for the shipping of course, haha. Yeah I thought scrappydog was good on shipping. I am hoping tracking is delayed and it shows up today. Both items left the same area about the same time last night so who knows. I do still want that spring. Gotta sort out a few things tomorrow and I should be able to get you the payment via paypal. As you can guess I didn't get the exhaust and filter this time, bills came in lol |

Well, I ordered a performance cdi and a stock variator from ebay. My cdi will be here today, idk about that variator, scrappydogg didn't ship it out till yesterday which pisses me off majorly since the holiday tomorrow and needing it by then. Also on the page he said ships out day it is paid for... paid for it saturday it should have been shipped monday.. but yeah ticked off about that....

Ah ok, those should be includes in that variator kit i am getting. Still deciding on if I want that teflon coated one or stock one lol.

All I know is the weights are stock, and when I put them in wrong when I put the belt on it made a mark in each roller. Not really sure that could be causing it or if it's because the fin on the variator fan is broke off. I am not riding it till i get my new parts next week

While I was out riding earlier, it seems the scooter once it hits 40 mph/5500rpm will not accelerate more on flat and suddely slows down and maintains that speed, i can actually feel it too... hit 40 and it feels like i tapped the brake. Any idea?
Also this is at 3/4 throttle. It wont go faster if i give it more.

I was in the same predicament today! I started losing power after riding in a downpour for 10 mins. I have a stock air filter and box on mine.
