I have a 2012 velocity 150cc scooter that won't start. I replaced the vid,coil,sparkplug, and carb. I have spark and gas going to the carb. The spark plug is try after I turn it over a few times. I've already adjusted the valves to .004(intake) and .005( exhaust). Does any one know what I can try next?

Have you tested cylinder compression with a meter and 10mm sparkplug hole adapter?

I have tried spraying starter fluid info the intake. I have tried a compression check yet Went down to check it out and i found that my green ground wire was getting hot when I tried to start the scooter. |
