I thought the launching comment was freakin' hilarious! And I was referencing horace who had posted a question and four minutes later posted several complaints that nobody had replied and solved whatever his problem was. Which obviously his only problem wasn't with his scooter . >'Kat

JCL MP250A Lihai 257cc powered ? Yea, lol I think I was witness to what you are talking about . I remember a guy on here recently that wanted immediate service Dag Nammit ! I got like that a little not to far back myself. I had started about 2 or three threads on what I thought were halfway intelligent questions. , no one even commented for days and days it seemed. So I checked other places on this site for activity thinking this site might have went the way of ScootDawg. No, the only activity I could find were guys trying to peddle 25 cent widgets for little 50 cc scooters and such. I thought all intelligent life must have left. Slowly but surely Comments started trickling in though. I don't know where everybody was ? I think it was around Holloween.

Yeah, sometimes there's def' lulls where almost nobody is posting (except for the 2 word game, which is pretty much daily) Then it gets busy again. Dunno why, doesn't always seem weather related.

Well shucks. I tried to find a video of anyone launching their bike through glass., Google gave me nothing. Sorry, cy. OTOH 4950, you'd be the first! Who knows, maybe you could make enough money to pay for the door. >'Kat

Scar has faded over the years but originally showed from the middle of my left palm clear up to the elbow spiraling inward. It was not safety glass and thankfully there was no video. Much more messy then they show in an action movie when the hero goes through a residential glass door and ends up without a mark on them. Here is a failed attempt to ride through on a bicycle:

You need to think about the handlebars too. My majesty 400 worked much better when I rolled the handlebars forward several inches to clear my knees. The stock seat was replaced with an antique tractor seat pan which is good for 400 plus mile days with no cushion.

JCL MP250A Lihai 257cc powered Yes you can certainly gain legroom by modding the seat of my scoot too. So I got under the seat and took out some plastic where your rump backs up against a little wall. That wall is gone now and I have an inch or 2 leeway and actually more comfort. PS My handle bars are fixed . (welded in place from factory).

Well I never chimed in I went from the 150cc to the Majesty to the Burgman 650. I ride about a 100 a day easy. I love to do 300+mile runs and just did one! The 650 fits my need getting up and down mountains. The 400 was a great bike, light and easy to get around on. The 650 is a beast!
