Maggie and I went to the final Ephrata First Sunday Ride-in of 2016 yesterday. I had a bit of a road rage moment on the way (of which I am not terribly proud), but we had fun and Maggie received a lot of attention. Watch my new motovlog and please like, share, and subscribe to my youtube channel

Nice vlog. How did you train Maggie to ride with you? I want to train my beagle but thinking he might be to big to ride like Maggie does. Bandit, my beagle, is about 40 lbs and would be a little much to ride in front of me. I would need some type of backpack type carrier for him. Also do you worry about her ears being out in the breeze or is she down below the windscreen? Be safe out there

Thanks for watching. I started by taking Maggie for short rides close to home. She is latched in, so she's not able to stretch too far, but she does like to get her nose up in the wind. I laughed when I got home and there was "dog nose" all over my iPhone screen. I've never been concerned about her ears. They flap in the breeze when she rides in a car, so it never occurred to me to be concerned. So far they haven't flapped off. maggie is only ten pounds, so she is easy to carry. A 40 pound beagle would probably need other arrangements.

JCL MP250A Lihai 257cc powered / We , my girlfriend and I tried this with Gizzy (Gizmo) on the back of the JCL in a basket with my girlfriend at the helm. Giz looks almost exactly like Maggie. But gizzy is a bit larger at 17 lbs. . But we were not as smart as you about breaking her in slowly. Me on a 250 ninja , My girlfriend on the JCL 250 with Giz took of for a 40 mile rounder on two lane country Hwy. That poor little things fur and ears was blowing all over the place at 65 mph. . When we got home Gizzy was so pissed at us she wouldn't have anything to do with either one of us for hours. Now we can't get her anywhere near any 2 wheeled ride.

Maggie loves scooter rides. When she sees me get out her pooch pouch she gets all excited and does a dance. I think the "break in" really helped.
