1980 Honda Twinstar. I have had this for several months, but, did not want to share until I got it up and running. I just had to set the valves and get new tires on it. The front tire could have been an original tire according to the date code and no newer than 1999. The rear tire was new enough but bald.

How sweet it is......gotta love those older Honda's. I bought my first one 51 years ago, this month......it's long gone, but still brings a smile to my face when I think of it.

If not for the bit of roughness on the seat it looks like it could be put in a museum as a pristine example of the bike.

They were the basis for the later Rebel and Nighthawk series. I wish mine had a kick starter. The electric start is great but a backup kicker would be nice. I could pretend they were 60s Brit bikes.
