Hopefully they will not drop BSA from US distribution like the did with their other on road brands. Mahindra disappointed a lot of folks when they walked away from the US market and limited it to just agricultural equipment. They have some sweet eco diesel cars and trucks that many were anticipating but we never got to see them. They haven't so far brought any of their other bikes or scooters to the USA either.
It would be nice to see some new 500 or 600cc BSA bikes here in the US.

I hope Mahindra produces a reliable version of the Victor 441. It's more likely that they will produce a nice mid-weight twin for the US.

I hope they do however Mahindra has yet to bring any roadway cars, trucks or bikes to the US that I know of. Many of us were really hopeful that we would at least see some of their light trucks and have been waiting and watching for a number of years now on that front. V-Twins unfortunately appear to be an endangered species now as they are said to be harder to get to meet air quality requirements and are being dropped from production around the world. Many sport bikers are seeing their favorite V-Twins being dropped from production due to this. Then there is the EU push to eliminate internal combustion vehicles altogether to consider. I believe Norway has been pushing this very aggressively being a leader in the phase out and there are rumors that we may see a big change in the US on this topic within the next year at least long term policy wise. It may now already be a bad time to start production on any new line of ICE vehicles destined for Europe or the US.

It would be nice if the competition forced Royal Enfield to import the Musket Vtwin to the US.

It would be nice if the competition forced Royal Enfield to import the Musket Vtwin to the US. I did a bit more checking and it may happen. Mahindra has set up a design center in Michigan and has a contract to design from the ground up a new right hand drive vehicle for the US Postal service. They appear to be getting positioned to design and potentially build vehicles for the US market right here in the USA. Shortly we may see the Postman driving up in a new Mahindra Postal Delivery Vehicle. Could be the sanctions against their diesel vehicles in India is forcing them to expand now. Currently it is now illegal to register a new diesel vehicle in some major cities in India such as New Deli which cuts a lot of potential sales for Mahindra there. With a design center in Michigan I think the chances of them bringing the BSA bikes to the USA are better.

I would love to see the BSA name revived but I don't think that even if they do you'll see it here. Why? Because court costs from frivolous law suits are insane here. I'm certain that's why CF Moto has gone the all ATV, UTV route in this Country. I can understand Mahindra dropping trucks in favor of agriculture equipment. They make a fortune even without the trucks. Farmers don't sue because they had an accident texting while digging.
