Looking over a Jonway 50cc for a friend. I have checked the CDI, Coil and Stator all with meter and they seem to all be fine but still no spark. New Spark plug also! Any clues would be great. Now keep in mind I'm not 100% sure on if any of the before mentioned parts are fine but they seemed fine when checked. Also with if I try to start with the "screwdriver" trick is also tries to start and from what I hear thats a bad thing. But I'm hurting my head trying to figure this out. PLEASE HELP!!!

It almost sounds like your kill switch is off or bad did you check it out first?

Well it's trying to start so I figured it's not the kill switch.

Ok rechecked my stator black/red wire coming from cdi reads at 86vac.The other wire coming of the stator reads at 0.01 which I'm guessing means it's bad. Correct if I'm wrong.

0.1 is okay for the pickup (blue and white) wire.
Not sure how you would possibly test the cdi with a meter, CDIs are capacitor discharge, so unless you have a capacitor tester... and even then it would be unreliable. If you have checked with the spark plug against the engine block while trying to start and it gives no spark, replace the plug, still no spark replace the coil, still no spark replace the cdi, by then if you still have no spark it's got to be a wiring issue but it sounds like your wires are fine.
