Hello, I have a 2006 CF Moto 250cc water-cooled and the overflow coolant tank goes from 'low' to 'full' after riding 15-20 min. Is this normal, or indicative of another issue (air in system.) It doesn't over-heat (heat gun pointed at thermo housing was 207) but I do hear a 'gurgling' sound when I shut it down. Thoughts? Thx.

Any ideas what would cause this sound? If I pinch the skinny hose going from the thermostat to the radiator, it stops. Any ideas what could cause this?

Pressure cap is main fill tube on radiator tube? It's new, but I can try another. I'm pretty sure the system is bled so I can't understand the 'boiling' sound.
