Had a moped when I was 13 for about a year. Now I'm 30 and about to purchise my first bike since. It's a 2012 Puma Romeo with 7,750 miles. He says he wants to sell it to someone who will ride it a few times a week.
So being as I'm brand new, at all this, I'm hoping for some advise.

50cc or 150cc engine? Clear title? Asking price?
A 150cc Znen completed a cross-country.
