tortoise Does the black hose with bend go to egr system, well they mailed me a 23mm carb, way too big for the stock 50cc engine. Ignore this, I got a 23mm carb,the 79.00 one.WAY too big for stock 50cc. DO NOT GO THIS ROUTE,

If you are referring to the $59. Pre-jetted carb/performance air filter . . black hose with bend is open to atmosphere to vent the carb fuel bowl. The image left side hose would be the carb drain line connected to a fitting on the bottom of the fuel bowl.
