Look no one said tear into a engine just saying a 10-1 compression is not a finger test and believe it or not a compression test is a very easy way to see health of the motor now that said, I quit must be over some heads.

I put the fuel hose onto the correct location. My scooter started up a few times and idles for several minutes. I tried to start it up, but was unable because I believe my battery died. I put a charged battery in the scooter and then it did not start. My problem is as follows:
I have no idea what to do. Clean Carb? Check PSI?

Crawford, were on the same page. Im all about the test. I showed you my gauge, We just need to be carful throwing some general numbers out there. Don't quit, you got skills and knowledge

I FIXED IT. Thank you for all your help. It was a vacuum leak in the intake manifold and an adjustment for the fuel to air mixture on the carb!
