Regarding a CF250 head gasket, not all ports are through. Is there a reason for this? It will fit otherwise, just a few of the ports are blocked.
Was thinking of dremeling out to completly match cylinder/head (vs just drilling a small hole)
Thoughts?

No not a Dumb Q.
I really need to se a picture of old and new.
There are gasket compositions that you do Not want to Woller out.
Lay the aftermarket over the OE and post a pic. along with how it sits on the head etc.
