My gosh! Living in the great outdoors, camping with your scooter. Could it get any better?

Ya, we used to do camping on 50cc scooters, on the outskirts of Columbia Missouri. Camping gear was a small 1 or 2 person tent, sleeping bag, flashlight, telescopic fishing pole, little tackle box, 2 litre of soda, pork and beans, Little Debs cakes, fishing bait, jacket, helmet, gloves. Took a $20 bill along for gas and more snacks. It was pretty cool. It was fun just to go for only night and fish. We brought pudding cups too. Like big kids. I done this a age 29 and today am 53. Still recall those days. We would camp out 6 miles out of Columbia at Finger Lakes Park or camp out near Easily on the Missouri River and fish. A lot of fun.

I'm planning to ride the Natchez Trace Parkway this fall,(late Oct-early November). I've designed a Pop-up Camper trailer that I've started to build to pull with me. If I can keep the weight down to 150# or so, my Highlander Deluxe should handle it without any trouble. The Trace is unique as the speed limit is 50mph, No Commercial Traffic allowed, and no Stop Lights, or sign for the full 444 miles and all traffic yields to the Trace Parkway. I'll be starting in Natchez Mississippi, and riding to the end near Nashville, then turn around and head back.... www.scenictrace.com/about-the-trace/Here's hoping anyways...
