I once had this same exact issue, turned out to be bad CDI. It would spark when cold but when it warmed up it died out for the day. Check for spark when it dies out.

Is there gas in the filter when it stalls out?
If the filter has gas in it, the carburetor should have gas in it. The amount of fuel in the filter would be considered "normal" and from the photos you provided you have gravity fed system, so no fuel pump.
How is the spark after it is warm and doesnt start? If there is spark its not electrical. (what Lain said)
So two questions are, is there spark when the scooter has warmed up and stalled out? Is there gas in the filter when the scooter has warmed up and stalled out?

I notice that Steve has not responded to anyone, and has not posted since April 22. Probably he got this resolved. At any rate, it's not easy to help without a response from the person you are trying to help.
Just saying, folks ..........
