ya know, i've been through a lot in my life. my hub's died real young i've struggled mightily with this bi-polar snit. But today is the worse. my kids go to jail { sanctuary} tomorrow. everything they do today might be the last i see.
My older ones are just that, old. they might not make it i haven't stopped crying all day, i'm trying not to, because it upsets them. but it's just to hard.
thanks for letting me vent.

[replyingto=terrilee]terrilee[/replyingto]Terri Sorry to hear of your bad luck... Speaking from experience I would recomend that you get some antidepressents. There are many available and in your situation I think it would not be hard to get a prescription. Another mood lifter is provigil. Hard to get a scipt but available on line from India. Best luck my friend.

Not to make light, but instead hoping to make a smile.
I'm reading all your kitties' wonderful names, and then there's Fred. Plain ole Fred. Why didn't poor Fred at least get something like Fred-sled or something? Poor Fred.
Btb, beautiful cats.
I'll repeat here in case you miss my post in the other thread. You surely get phone calls. Make arrangements with the sanctuary lady for you to call and talk to your kids. That'll reinforce you didn't abandon them, that you do still love them, you just are away for now.
I don't know any Native American prayers. All I can offer are Lutheran prayers. May the Good Lord bless you and your cats, send His Spirit to fill you and strengthen you all in this time of hardship, surround you with His love and keep you all safe. Amen.

Kat has given me an idea about phoning them:
We have "record your own audio book" type things over here for servicemen to send home to their (real) kids. So that mum can sit and read the book with the kids while dad "reads" it out from the speaker.
Would something like that not be good? Or even just get a cheap tape recorder to put in their new place, and send tapes to them while you're away. Then their carer can just shove the tape in once a week, or whenever, and walk away and carry on with whatever.
Just a thought.
