I just bought this scoot used 4000 miles on it. Heres my problem every time I go to ride it only rides for 5 - 10 minutes and gradually loose speed to a crawl and wont go any where until i turn it off for 5 to 10 mins and start again and it happens all over again

Have you tried mixing the 2-stroke oil with the gas in the tank . . as compared to only using the "always suspect" oil injection system with dedicated 2-stroke oil tank?
What is a spark plug read indicating?
Are the carb jets clear?
Are the reeds in good shape? |

When you ride it again and it dies on you,,,park it quick and take the gas cap off and listen for air rushing into the tank,,,,if you hear it you have a tank venting issue,,,,if you do hear it drill a very tiny hole in the cap,,,( very tiny),,, end of story

I have clean the carburetor and jets and I have added oil in the gas. I can't get to the reed because of the metal frame in the way. What size spark plug remover do I need the one for my 4 stroke does not fit it is too small. Btw I have removed the CVT case when the slow down occurs and saw the belt still moving and the clutch pulley spinning but the bell dont move
