Hello to All, I had my CVT cover break where the kickstarter comes out and now that it is back Mig welded in original spot,I need some help getting it back together PLEASE... OK,I installed a BBK kit from Scrappy, and went from a 50-72cc.The picture is of the piston installed with it at TDC,I even made a jig to make sure that it cant move,as I had it all together but it had no power at all really,so there had to be a issue, probably the timming chain off a little.has anyone else seen it where they are down in the cylinder 1.5mm ?Thanks for any and all help any input as well. Yes because either way it would be running lean. The timing marks are never perfect just close so a little off isn't a huge deal. Noticeably off is a different story. The piston down in the cylinder 1.5mm at tdc is not a problem, it is actually common, and you don't want it to protrude out the top of the cylinder.
