I have a couple slightly used 3 electrode plugs I want to clean up and use again, but I am noticing one of the electrodes on both are not the same distance between the center as the others. 3 Electrode plugs are not like traditional plugs where one electrode would hover over the center, instead on 3 electrode plugs they all just come close to the middle from the sides and end close to the center at about the same height as the center conductor.

No gap settings that I know of for those. Should be set at the factory. If one is closer than the others it probably got bumped by something or dropped.

3 electrode spark plugs do not need to be gapped. Neither do the iridium spark plugs.

3 electrode spark plugs do not need to be gapped. Neither do the iridium spark plugs. Cool, I actually bought a ten pack of these off your ebay shop like almost a year ago haha. They are great. I did however gap one of them sort of, since one of the electrodes on one of the plugs was making contact with the middle I took a screwdriver and gently pushed a few times and got it off the contact and looked about the same gap as the other 2 electrodes. It's all good running strong with that same plug now.
