A little over a month ago it got a little to cold to ride so I parked my Linhai Aeolus. Last week, I noticed the back tire was flat, so today, I got it out to prep it for a ride. I pumped up the tire, put the key in the ignition and nothing. No power at all.
I removed the battery and put it on a charger, it was 96% full. So I went ahead and charged it the rest of the way, cleaned off the posts and put it all back together. Still nothing. No headlights, simply no power.
What am I missing?

Check the fuse or fuses, If the one coming right off the battery on the thin red wire is blown you will have nothing. Alleyoop

Thanks. There isn't a fuse on the red wire, but I did look in the fuses in the box under the right foot panel. 4 fuses and when I pulled them out one by one, a 15amp fuse fell apart in my hand. I'll have to get a fuse tomorrow. Thanks.

Fantastic!! Are you sure there is not fuse on the red THIN WIRE coming off the battery. Usually that wire goes to your KEY feeding it 12V then when you turn the key on there is usually a BLACK wire that feeds the FUSE BOX. Alleyoop

On my Linhai there is a main fuse on the starter relay, from there it goes to the key and 4 fuse holder. Check the main fuse on the relay.

Ah, great oldbikerider, and those are usually a 20amp fuse. Alleyoop

I did see the relay but it was easier to check the breaker box first. It looks as if I have to replace the fuse anyway in the box, so I will do that first and then pull the battery to get to the relay. I saw the red wire going to the relay and there was no fuse.

Great, sounds like it is just a bad fuse. Alleyoop
