Well It sucks that I couldnt sign in with my account that I had for three years on ScootDawg! I had to make a new one... err.. But anyway, I have recently bought a 2010 YY50QT-6 49cc This scooter did not come with a tach, Im curious if I can install an aftermarket tach.... any suggestions?

Tiny tach was the cheapest one on amazon. If you're not so much into digital tachs, here's an analog one, that works quite fine: Bikers Choice TachMake sure you get the electrical version, They have a cheaper mechanical version, which works like a speedo (with rotating wire in the back), but is a pain to install.

How easy is that analog tac to hook up? Do you just wrap a wire on a spark plug wire?

YES, those that is all you do is wrap the wire onto the coil wire. Alleyoop

The digital with the wire to wrap on the coil wire suck . I wanted a tach I changed my speedo headlight cover and rewired the head .
