Here is a picture of a Vacuum hose coming off the intake manifold. You can either take disconnect the hose right at the intake or where it is connected to and you can get a cup or whatever to pour a little bit of gas into the hose and let go directly down into the intake. Then connect the hose back up and try to start it. If it is a fuel delivery problem it will FIRE at least once. Alleyoop

Right folks. Bike is now sorted. I changed my carb back to the original one it came with but changed the jets,floats and diaphragm back into it. Fitted and it fired straight up. So pleased to have it back running and just in time for going back to work on Monday. Thanks for all your help guys. It's great to hear suggestions and ideas when u feel your at the end.
