My ssr x6's tail light went out. Well one of them, it has two just like a zuma. Where to even start? I have a multimeter and stuff, any electrical whizzes have any advice? Im pretty useless when it comes to electrical matters. The light is a ring of what looks like leds, for some reason only one side is working, the left side not one of the leds turns on.

Start by looking at the wires, to make sure nothing is loose. Then, switch your meter to DC current, and test the wires. Red to the positive(probably brown, yellow, or maybe purple), and negative to the frame.

Does the light work with the other side plugged in?
Unplug the working light, Plug that connection into the Non working side......... That will help diagnose if it's just a burnt out cluster ( yes LED's burn out ) or a Wiring/ Switch/ Regulator issue......
