On the old scootdawg forums I was enjoying posts of "Super Hornet Build - GY6 150cc" from fieroboom
Great Big Dawg....I am looking to buy a new scoot and I am leaning to get the superhornet . I like some of the mods this guy was doing.....
Anyone know if he is on this board?

Not real sure if he is still around but, Indeed that (Back if I recall correctly) Hornet was a nice build......
Just for giggles, Google a "Honda Grom"..... Theses days, you can pick up a "Motorcycle style" China scooter for a decent price.
As far as getting a Motorcycle style scooter, Many options are availlible in the 150cc catagory. Everything from Sport bike (hornret) to chopper (harley) clones.
The only thing I would warn against is, the same warnings for any china scoot. Either have a good waranty or be able to do repairs yourself.......
