We ended up not taking the Genuine dealership at this time. They wanted a bigger investment then they had told us in the first place. On another note, we just got our new Lance (SYM) PCH models in and they look like a real winner. Comparing the quality, warranty and price they should give the big boys a fit. The new SYM 2-Stroke Jet 50 EVO has hit the US and we will have them in about a week. Our Bintelli scooters will be in the store on Tuesday. From what we have seen so far this year it should be the best we have ever had.

Tim, I want everyone to know that you are one very fine mam. About 4almost 5 years ago I had made an order with a company who took my money. I have a small scooter business and shop here in Md. You took it on your own to send me the mirrors that the company had ripped me off as replacements. You did not know me from Adam but you still took it on your own to help me out. I have never forgot that and if you shipped scooters out to other states I would get one from you the next time I get ready to buy a new SYM. Our new laws in Md have destroyed the scooter industry here in our state.
Again Tim thank you again for helping out a starving little scooter business. I will never forget that act of kindness.

I wanted to again thank everyone for the nice comments.
An update:
We did pick up the Genuine product line and we started to expand into more of our 7,600 sf building.
We lost one of our employees due to a car accident. Caity had been with us off and on for about 5 years. She was only 25 and we will miss her dearly.
We are currently looking for good hard working talent that can help out in all aspects of our business. Sales, parts and mechanical work.
If you know of anyone in our area let them know and have them call me for an interview.

You are carrying the SYM line, which is, in my opinion, a premium line. We have a SYM HD200 (2008), and it just excells at everything. But, we line near Hilo Hawaii, and there are no SYM dealers here period. I have to order parts from the mainland. Oh, we do have small dealers that sell the SYM DD50, but, they won't order parts for other SYM's. I have talked to the one in Hilo about bringing in a Wold and a Symba, as I think they would sell in a heartbeat, but they have no interest. , I'd even commit to buying the first Symba or Wolf myself, if they'd do it. I even tried to get some interest in becoming a Cleveland Cycleworks dealer, as high end choppers are huge here, but again, no interest.
I still wouldn't give up our HD200. Our other scooter is a 2009 Kymco Peoiple 150. Both SYM and Kymco have two year warranty's all the time. So, whats wrong with Honda/Suzuki/Yamaha/Vespa??

I would like to have a trike scooter from your shop but I'm you only sell the ones that look like a car when will you get the others like the ice bear brand or anything close to it so that I can purchase it from you.

We have looked at a number of them and just have not found one that we thought the quality was up to our standards
