Hi, I have been looking at a Ice Bear 250cc Road Warrior but I have to say that after I read your web page that I know for sure that I will be buying from Jim at Rapid Repair. Your add states a Road Warrior top speed is 70mph when it should be 55.9 mph. It then said it has a 5 speed transmission then a bit down the add it said v-twin engine with a fully automatic transmission (witch one do you claim it has) then I got lost with the part of the tow hitch (what tow hitch) seems you don't fully know your product that your selling. Sorry it's just how I see it.

Hmmm just he don't want to answer me "I have no idea why dealers have to rename their products. Maybe megamotors can enlighten me." Jim

I'm still waiting to see the fireworks (Jim, Re: our conversation)
I'm just curious that when I Google Megamotormadness, it's the very first item on the google reply. If megaXXXX is new, how did it get to be the first response in google?

Rapidjim, I too would like to know why dealers do the renaming thing as well. I think Terrilee hit it on the head. Maybe that should be asked in the Q and A on his home page.
Megamotor, I was feeling just fine when I made my first post but thanks. LOL

China will label any scoot with any name or markings you want on it. Same scoot..just a different name. My buddy owns a shop and sells scoots...I am his part time mechanic. He took me to the trade show to see all the new scoots. His name is Jerry. We went to one booth and jokingly I asked the guy if he could make some scoots and label them "Jerry's Jammer" The guy said.. "For you yes we make..tell me color choice and number of pieces you wish...will say Jerry's Jammer and any other decals you request" Which explains to me now why I see the same scoots come to my shop with only a different name... Jonway...Roketa..Sunny etc..

Carasdad, I see what you are saying but I think what Rapidjim is asking is that if you are a authorized Ice Bear dealer and if say your selling a real (Ice Bear Zodiac) then why would you lets say sell it as a (Ice Bear some other name) at least that's what I think he is asking, I could be wrong I am most of the time. LOL

I agree to a point with what you are saying, except All Ice Bear Trikes are Utility Patented Patent No 8,177,013. www.icebearatv.com/Also I did some research (you know me, research before putting foot in mouth) and Megamotormadness is a dealer for Ice Bear ( Pacific Rim Int'l West, Inc. out of Ontario, Ca) So that is why I asked my original question. do they even offer warranties? Sure they do www.megamotormadness.com/product/tri014-150cc-trikeThey offer a 3 month free parts warranty, if you want 6 months parts warranty it costs an extra $69.00, 12 month parts warranty costs you and additional $149.00. Here is the catch, Ice Bear offers their dealers 6 month parts warranty on all their machines as a standard warranty, no extra cost. Just stating what is printed, that is why I gave the link. Jim

Hi Guy, I'm too busy recently. Glad to see you again. Firstly, We sell real stuff on our website. Then unified rules of warranty/shipping is necessary when we have different suppliers in U.S. If I want to buy something, I will not only choose the one with best warranty fee, but also the totoal price. Why we use different names? Many websites only have a item code for different suppliers' stuff. We suppose the original names are not very important. We hope to help our customers to find the favorite model with pics and Spec. Customers can get further help from our customer service Dep if they have any questions.

megamotormadness: I like your 150cc Viking trike and I see your site offers Senior discounts. My Dad as shown some interest in a trike. Does that discount apply to the Summer Sale Price?

Granted I am not in the market for a scooter currently so my input doesn't really matter, but whenever I make big purchases I am always willing to pay a little more to buy quality and from a trustworthy source. I know that the internet can allow for quicker and less proper communication, but I steer clear of people who have trouble using grammar, spelling correctly (built-in spell check), and don't really answer the question you are looking for. Just my 2 cents on this thread.

Just my 2 cents on this thread. I understand what you are saying but have you ever thought that maybe English isn't his first language? The internet doesn't belong only to America. If Icebear is the only company manufacturing these trikes, the private label badge isn't going to turn me off. Is there a true, original, Chinese bike?
