Hello everyone I just received my tao tao cy150-a by truck to my home. I love the scooter.
I have had two 50cc Chinese scooters, an old school Yamaha Riva 200, and a Kawasaki KE100 2 stroke enduro bike.
Now I have been doing pizza delivery with a 6 cylinder car for 6 months and it is killing my wallet. One of the reasons I want the scooter is to start delivering on it and save money.
How? I have been looking online at pizza cases for scooters and found next to nothing that would work. My next option is to fabricate something. I need a case that is closable to keep pizzas warm, large to hold party size pizzas, and sturdy. My scooter has a back rack that is held on by three bolts to the frame.
What should I do?

I think BMS made a single rider scooter with a huge trunk on the rear like some of the larger ATVS have .
I delivered thousands of pizzas in a Geo Metro . I had 110 10 inch pizzas and 44 14 inch pizzas in it on night on a college run

its possible, google it and u will find tons of stupid crap, but might find something that works for u.
another option....... go to scootdawg.proboards.com/index.cgi
the original Dawg , register and sign in etc etc yea a PIA, but if you look in the threads or go to the google search box at the bottom of the page. and u'll find threads there.

Make it.
Aluminum angle & flat bar, insulated foam board, and self tapping screws. Wouldn't be that hard.

Thanks for the link. I think I saw that one while browsing a week ago. My boss would probably slap me if I bought that. Its seems too small. I think I'm going to end up making one. Will the back rack mounts be strong enough to handle the weight of several pizzas?

Thank you all for the quick replies. I used the scootdawg forum a few times over the years and you people have always treated me well. Its always good to have a place where you can get help.

You can get SOFT bag carriers with a zipper as well they are much cheaper. How many pizzas will you be carrying at one time and size of the pizzas?
To put the carrier in back and strap it down is not a problem. You can always make a platform out of 1/4 plywood to fit the size carrier and paint it and put hooks on it to hold the carrier. Alleyoop

Somewhere on the old forum (scootdawg.proboards) there was a scoot with insulated rear trunk, that could fit large sized pizza's.
