I have the engine out and the rear nut off and the circlip removed. Tried tapping and PB blaster. Darn thing will not budge in the slightest. Wheel spins freely. Disc brakes, so it has nothing to do with brakes. Saw this thread where another chap had he exact same problem but he vanished without leaving a resolution.... linkAnyone have any fresh ideas?

Someone mentioned it in that thread but is the brake off? I just removed mine and it wouldn't budge cause i had the brake lever bungied to take the nut off...LOL Otherwise i just wiggled the wheel off easy.
*i did take the circlip off which i noticed was not necessary.
*edit...sorry, reading comprehension is not my strong suit. Now i see wheel moves freely.

Yeah, I remember when he had that problem . The only thing that could be happening is the inside of the bearings are rusted to the axle. Or the inner spacer is rusted to the axle and the swingarm bearings . If you can get a flat head between the wheel and the swing arm ," that's where the inner spacer sets" and tap it with a hammer . keep spinning the wheel and tapping it. Maybe you can break it loose. Also try tapping the bearings where the axle slides through , so you can try to break it loose.

I got it. Used a slightly different approach. Thanks
I did post a full explanation in detail how I did it ....but now that reply is gone? Too much to retype. Not sure what happened?

two or 3 jaw puller on the swing arm. John Jaw puller + slidehammer are invaluable when working with wheels/bearings...
