Everything is working on my new scoot. However I have noticed that lately at stops the throttle is not letting off all the way. To gauge how much, I stopped at a light then released the brakes without giving any twist to the throttle. It took me up to 12 miles per hour. Is the linkage sticking at the carb or do you think I have another problem? It does not happen every time and sometimes if I rev the throttle it corrects it. Thanks gang

Check the throttle cable at both ends, it might be going out of place on one of the guides and getting stuck.

Thanks gang More then likely its the butterfly on the carb . its spring loaded and it should pull the throttle back all the way. If not , the butterfly assembly may be sticking or the throttle cable itself is catching somewhere.
