Zok got the scooter back clean the carburetor put it back together tried to start it up engine turns flywheel turns after trying to start it for a while all of a sudden now it just seems like my flywheel spinning doesn't sound like the engine is cranking so what should I do now need to get this thing started

You have to make sure you have fuel and spark. Remove spark plug, put it back in the boot, and touch it against the engine to ground it, while turning the engine over. You should see it sparking.
Also, make sure you are getting fuel to the carb.

Actually I just went down and check for spark didn't have any spark and now the thing won't even turn over at all makes no noise when I turn the key excuse me when I hit the button
