Bought a new battery from E-Bay for my Honda Spree. Priced real cheap, bid for 9. and shipping 18. , new battery for less then 20 dollars. It came as a sealed battery and fit in the bike all charged. Bike started right up. My question is has anybody ever bought one of these cheap Chinese batteries and just what kind of service can I expect from a battery made in China?

There are better prices out there, however, make sure you ride at least once a week, or the battery might deplete and die.

Yeah, They usually work for about 2-3 years tops, depending on how you treat them.

I still have the battery that came with my scooter new a little over a year ago and I am sure its the cheapest on earth it may not crank tomorrow but so far I have had no problems with it so I say buy the cheapest you can find.
