Hi,
I didn't check it in my scooter, but i wonder if the piston is at TDC, the timing chain will have more slack in compare to when one of the valves is open?
Or it should be the same slack?

Should be the same no matter where the piston is, if there is any slack it probably means the chain has stretched or tensioner is bad

I have a new chain, and i also installed a new tensioner, but still had too much slack. So i installed the old tensioner back, and it seems better than before with the new tensioner.
Do you think is still to much slack?

a little side to side movement is normal. try gently pulling the chain out. if you can pull it off the teeth or expose light between the teeth then you know you have a problem.

What do you think about the first video with the Old Tensioner? The chain slack is too much, or is it ok?

(from the front of the gear) if i can see daylight under the chain between the teeth then i know i need to reset my tensioner.

Well, actually i tried to pull it up, and it's not lifting that much. I'll see if i can check it again and make a video of that.
