the easiest is this one: picturepush.com/host.php?image=10075950Go to it and on the right you will see UPLOAD ANOTHER PICTURE in blue 1. CLick on it and it will come up with a BLANK entry to the right is says BROWSE. 2. Click on BROWSE and it will show your directories on your computer 3. click on whereever your picture or pictures are at and then click on the picture. 4. then Click on open and it will upload the picture for you. 5. Then go down to the 2 SET of LINKS and CLICK ON THE 2nd link in the box. 6. IT WILL TURN BLUE 7. RIGHT CLICK and then CLICK COPY 8. Then come here and RIGHT CLICK and CLICK ON PASTE. Done

Did you go down to the SECOND SET OF LINKS where it says 640*480 and select the 2nd LINK in that set? Alleyoop

Well the Cylinder is completely down so that right there is not right and i can see the slot for the IDLE SPEED SCREW facing me which is wrong. That slot should be toward the IDLE SPEED SCREW toward the GOLD CONNECTOR on the Left of the carb. Alleyoop

Here is a view from the other side. I have the idle screw backed all the way out in these pics. I believe the slide is in correct, it has a bevel on one side where I can see that the idle screw pushes it to raise the slide when turned. I might be wrong???

If you took it apart the Guide may be in backwards. There is a short side and a longer side of the guide. Alleyoop

I didn't remove it when I cleaned the carb. Like I said before it had a 70 jet in it and I changed it to a 80 when I installed the 70cc kit. How do you remove/install that guide?

The guide just comes out you take the jet out THEN you unscrew the defuser and push it out with your finger and it should fall out. But you should see the needle going into the guide DO YOU I cannot see the needle just the guide. Also did you put the spring back inside the slide If you took it apart? Stick your finger in there and lift the slide up and see if you then see the needle. Alleyoop Here is a diagram of your carb:
