Put a new contra spring in and now the driven pulley wobbles when the belt goes around. When I accelerate and the pulley expands it starts making a scratching noise.
What did I do?

To best of my knowledge, did you see the video? Is that too much wobble?

The end of the spring that pushes against the clutch pad assembly, usually has an insert , that you put down into the end of the spring . it helps the clutch open a little smoother . did you have one with the clutch ?

I don't like that clanking sound... Sounds like the weights in the variator is badly worn or your crank is about to give up.

I'll tell u what's happening ! , the spring is more then likely defective , or somehow not in there right. Look at the belt as the pulley spins. Its moving up and down in the pulley . this means the spring is pushing against the pulley with more tension on one side then the adjacent side , so as the stiffer side and weaker side rotate , the belt drops and rises in the pulley. This will account for the variator " roller noise" . the variator is slightly opening and closing very fast as the belt is pulled up and down the clutch pulley . its not a lot but enough to make the weights bounce and make noise .
Try the stock spring again.
