You should be able to, imnnot sure how the stock ones look , but as long as the hot and ground are wired correctly they should be fine.

Sometimes LED blinkers don't pull enough juice to activate the flasher unit, so they just stay on. Adding a resistor fixes it

Worked perfectly. I just cut the regular blinker wires and connected them to the blinker wires. I had to do some custom fitting, ended up cutting a couple holes where the regular blinkers are and I just screwed it in. I'll take pics later tonight.

Check out my blinkers. Also check out how I hooked up my new uni style foam filter. I made it so you can unscrew the filter right from the end of the hose you will see in the video, makes it really easy to remove and clean!
