llib,
You know that your case will need to be reamed out for it to fit in don't you? Usually or at least frequently anything over 72 cc (sometimes called an 80) will need the case bored out so the new cylinder will slide in.

I didnt have ream or bore out the case on any of the 50mm kits ive done and ive done over 20, didn't even have to bore the case for my scrappy 52mm kit either

Never heard od a 139QMB needing to be bored . I know a GY6 would need boring if 6x+mm BBK and if over 47.6mm on a 2T which would also need bored for a crank as well as larger cylinder

Well, I have never put a big bore kit on a 139QMB/GY6 but the old forum used to be full of threads that said you had to do it, people were posting about taking a dremel to their case and hoping they got all the metal shavings out of the case. Maybe these new kits have thinner walls, I dunno.
llib, post a link to that kit.

I think NCY has a GY6 BBK that has thin walls and does not need boring like many 60+mm BBKs
A 72cc is a safer option with less wear on the crank than the 8x and up kits
I know on a 2T going from 40mm 49cc to 47mm 70cc is such a major improvement

As i have hit 48 mph one time when i raced a friend on his 06 zuma he was so mad that he is selling it that is why i ordered 2 cy50-t3's one for me and one for him and doing the 100cc kit I can't wait to see how my atm50 with a 80cc kit will do in a race vs a cy5-t3 with 100cc kit
