I just bought a 2014 Super Hornet MC 150. I know that the speedometer is wrong. Does anyone know how to fix this using the cable to the front wheel?

It's the same with Motorcycle's in general. Even my '82 goldwing is off.

If you have a smart phone, you can download Digihud , it's a free app for your device that will tell you your speed. It's how I verify my speeds on my scoots. You can also do this with a GPS or similar device... Once you know what true speeds are, you can put "markers/indiciators" on your speedo,... For example, if you get 50MPH on Digihud and 60MPH on your actual speedo, you can mark 50 on your speedo.

I like the way you can invert the screen and reflect it off of the windshield as a true HUD. It looks neat at night.

I also will give a nod to DigiHud. I mount my phone with my RAM mount and usually never look at my speedometer. The only problem I had with it was the color(green) doesn't show up very well in the sun, especially when I have sunglasses and a tinted visor. Solved that by changing it to white and turning the screen as bright as possible.

I once read before about someone who was able to adjust his speedo by opening it up and bending something. I'll try to find I again .

I posted it on one of my older posts . we were talking about speedos and cables or maybe it was something else ? I'll see if I can find it.
