The more I think about it , I might only need the fan shroud. I think I can use the epoxy to fix the headlights and most of the other plastic. I can use the bondo and some metal screen to rebuild the front piece of the front fender.that way I'll only need about 20 bucks to fix the damage , since I already have the bondo and metal screen patches. The fan shroud is about 15 bucks and I'll need some epoxy . I think you said back a ways that w/o the fan shroud you would without a doubt overheat. I'm guessing, but my guess is % of all GY6 scoots do NOT have one. I don't. I understand what they do, but why do you think they are needed? Not the scoop , but the part or the engine shroud that covers the fan. The scoop came off attached to the fan shroud. Without it the fan won't blow the air through the rest of the engine shroud . I'll post a pic of mine.

Here are a couple pics . I have flex seal on my hands from the roof fix, so its not some crazy disease, lol. Both holes on the shroud are broke , the holes for the bolts that secure it to the engine. . . I had the scoop attached with some metal brackets , they held up pretty good.

I don't know if this is late or not... but for the plastic repair, just get some ABS cement. If you need to make a filler, take the shavings from some ABS pipe and make a slury with the cement.
It's the best way to patch, repair and modify ABS plastic panels. Its what we do with goldwing fairings which are ABS plastic.

Kids ride around my town in much worse conditions. No shroud, broken plastic all over, hanging lights and controls and plastic... I try to flag them down and give them my # all the time but they don't wanna hear from some dude who looks like a cop on a scooter lol

it's permanent... It's how Vetter repaired their stuff. It's all ABS plastic and the cement "welds" everything together. You can even make tabs and mounting holes with the slurry. I've repaired cracks on my goldwing fairing with it, and it makes a very strong bond. (I had cracks where some idiot mounted a cup holder). I just painted the back of the crack with the dobber that comes in the can.
I tried using bondo before I found this way of doing things and bondo will not hold. It's made for filling metal.

Thanks good to hear you're healing quickly. it took me a long time to heal after my knee injury. were you wearing knee pads? Thanks, and no I wasn't wearing any knee pads. I had on a pair of jeans a hooded sweat shirt and a somewhat heavier jacket. Its funny when it warms up then drops back down to the 50's and 40's it seems kind of cold ,lol. When I flew off the scoot I sort of flew forward and to the side. When I hit it WaS more like I sorta hit heavy on my right side . somehow I hit the front of my knee and the outside side of my same knee then rolled. At the top of the hill the road slightly turns left , so when I hit the deer the back of the scoot spun to the right as it was falling over. I must have hung on a little too long and the scoot sort of pulled my down so when I let go I was force down as I flew forwards and to the right. It was a little more of a jolt when I first hit the ground . I hit my right hip , elbow and side of my forearm along with my right knee , then I felt the back of my helmet hit the road as I rolled. I didn't roll or slide that far , I think the initial slam to the ground slowed me down pretty good. I have a few small holes in my jacket and the top of my right glove. My knee felt as if it wanted to pop as I walked on it the first couple days. I really didn't even have any bad road burns. Just a few smaller ones. My knee was swollen for a few days but it seems to have went down. Here is a pic , you can still see my knee is bruised around the front . lol , l look hairier in the pick !

The burn on the front of my knee and hand were actually kind of deep. I picked the one off my hand in my sleep , lol
