What are the size of the stock rollers in a sprint 50 cc bintelli.

Usually 50cc stock rollers are 5g, but you can never be sure until you weigh them.

I believe stock rollers for a 50cc are usually a little heavier then 5grams . if I'm not mistaken , 5 grams is usually one of the sizes usually switched to after removing the stock weights.

For new engines, mine usually average around 8.5g, which also is a common weight (heavier than what most want to use) for variators that come with rollers.

I beleave you are right.If I change my rollers like 5.5 I think ill do better at take off.I have to check theam out.I do 40 45 easy but better take off would be nice.

The size is 16x13.
I tried 5.5g before but I found them to be ridiculously light for my bodyweight (around 140lbs at the time). The rpms were over 7,000 right off the bat, and was slower than the 6.5g I had in there, acceleration wise, even though they were lighter.
Keep in mind that a lot of these speedometers are off by about 10mph at top speed.

I have had different weights in every 50cc scoot I have owned, they are always 16x13 but weights have varied from 5g to 8g. If your a smaller person I would use a heavier weight so that you get a tiny bit more top speed but not to heavy to kill your acceleration after 15mph or so. Most 50cc will do good up to 15 or so on a flat surface then the rpm drop and it takes forever to gain speed. If you go with light rollers it will keep the rpms up but it will use more fuel, less top speed and it's harder on the engine when ran for long periods
I agree with onewheeldrive I used the GPS speed app on my phone and every off brand scoot I have had has been off by at least 5 to 10mph at top speed. Even my TOMOS Nitro 150 was off. This Honda ch80 I have now isn't off

Another thing, for me and my body weight (keep in mind), is the different ccs
For me I used 6.5g for a bone stock 50cc. 6g was ok.
Later, I had a 63cc (didn't know it, was a new engine) and used 7g.
Then the 72cc I used 7.5-8g, and actually ran ok with the stock 8.5g.
No major mods with the bigger bores.
Now with the 72cc-- once I changed the tranny gears to 49/17, I dropped back down to 7g.

What about the air flow on the air filter.my scoot has a extra long hose kust befor the filter that comes off .will it help if I take it off to let more air in.

It may or may not run any better. It depends on how the carb is jetted, and not all carbs have the same stock main jet (the number is stamped on the jet).The air/fuel mixtures are a bit different on each scooter. If you add more air, usually you'll need more gas, and vice-versa.... UNLESS, there is an imbalance to begin with. Air leaks can cause imbalances, and since they don't throw the same main jets in stock everytime, the mixture may be a bit off from the get-go.
On my 50cc way back, if I took the airbox snorkel off (with 4 holes) it wouldn't run right at all. EDIT- that doesn't mean yours won't.

Picked me up some 6g rollers.ill try theam in a few days.I found out the stock rollers were only a 4g I need heavier then that I know.

6g is not doing it for me.my scoot takes to long to get up to 30 and top speed is only 42 to 45 but takes to long geting there.might go with 5g

Are you saying you are going 45mph on a stock 50cc? Not to rain on your parade, but unless you are talking about going downhill, your speedo is off. I have the 50mm BBK on mine, which makes it 83cc, and an A9 cam, and completely tuned CVT, with sliders, and my top speed is about 47-50. Plus, I have 12" tires. My stock speedo was off about 12 mph when it said I was going "45mph". My speedo says I'm going over 60, but I'm really going about 45.

I know my speed o is off.when it says doing 50 or better then I know im doing around 45 or close to it.

The final gears in these things just won't allow them to go much over 45. If you are really going 45, then you are winding that thing out at 9000 rpm, or probably more. That is just too much for these scooters. You are almost certainly going to break a valve spring, if you take it up there much. I maxed mine out on a long straightaway one time. The most I run mine at is about 40, and mine will reach that speed at a lower rpm, because of the larger displacement. These things redline somewhere between 7K and 8K RPM. Just some friendly advice; if you don't want to be doing a valve job on your scooter, I would just tune the CVT to where it goes between 0-32 mph, or so, to your liking.
