Im happy with the top speed im geting.its the take off is whats slow takes awhile geting up to 25 to 30 but when it does im gone.I was wondering if I just open the carb and raise or lower the needle a little.

That needle adjustment may make a small difference. But, it really only makes a difference between 1/4-3/4 throttle. If you are like me, and run WOT pretty much all the time, adjusting the needle won't really do much. I doubt you will be able to tell a lick of difference from adjusting the needle.
I would recommend you get some rollers that are a little too heavy, then get the 1000K clutch torque spring. That will give you better acceleration between 15-30. I have been tuning my CVT forever, and had been disappointed in the clutch torque spring, until I hit on that combination. I put 6.5g sliders in there, that are a bit too heavy, and keep my RPM at about 6000. Installing the torque spring keeps the RPM at about 7200(I put the 1500K spring on, but I wish I had put the 1000k on), and I hit the sweet spot. The torque spring seems to affect the acceleration a little differently than rollers.
I think you would be happy with that combination.

Yep , if you want better takeoff , and your not satisfied with just changing the roller weight , you will want to get stiffer clutch springs. I'd go with 1500rpm cclutch springs first. If that isn't enough , then I'd install a stiffer main spring also. This will keep you in a lower gear longer. The stiffer clutch springs will allow you too build higher rpms before the clutch engages , allowing for a faster stronger takeoff.

A bigger bore is always an option. Way better acceleration and hill climbing, from start to finish. If you still aren't satisfied after toying with the springs, a bbk is something to look into.

Beginning to think its a rev control in the cdi box.but I dont like playing around with wires.

Any rev control you have on your CDI, if any, will limit it from going over 8.5K-9K. So that is good. You can change to a performance CDI box, which has an advanced angle timing. You just unplug the old one, and plug the new one in. That is only going to do so much, though. I doubt you are going to be happy with the almost unnoticeable difference those will make. The 50cc's only have so much power. It sounds to me like you are going to want to install a big bore kit. You can get one for around $60-$100. The more expensive ones are WAY higher quality, so remember that. If you have a 139qmb engine on it, you can install a 50mm big bore kit, and the power increase is remarkable. If you live in South Carolina, I can help you out with it. The throttle response is incredible on mine. It is wearing my back tire out really quickly.

I wish I had your belief system. I have broken stuff that wasn't broken, by trying to fix it, LOL. Nothing wrong with leaving well enough alone. I miss my old gas mileage.
