Bigger carb, up from 24mm promoted me to reduce the jet to a 115. Dumb hillbilly fishing. There are slight pops on deceleration but the whole bike is disassembled (all the plastics are off ) so I have no tach access right now. A reverse trike has LOTS of plastic body panels. Time to change the jet to allow the air fuel mixture screw to work correctly. As I closed it, the revs increased all the way till full screw in. My next move is to reinstalled the 120 main and change the pilot jet. By the way, I bought one of the gold CDI boxes we have all been reading about, and mine died in two days. No spark. I put the blue one in and got spark. Bigger carb from 24 promoted me to reduce the jet, I COULD see you doing that IF the motor was STOCK. A STOCK 150 may take up to a 115 without no mods but usually a 115 calls for a free flow filter and a free flow muffler. If all stock it may take a 110 without loosing power. But you have a BBK so it should take at LEAST a 115 Main or better. 1. REVS INCREASED ALL THE WAY TILL FULL SCREWED IN: That is good but you need a bigger PILOT JET. And yes try the 120 see if it is not to much fuel. Now the Slight Pops on Decel is a LEAN condition caused by the quick cut off of fuel and air. A. A to low of an IDLE will cause that B. Needs a little more fuel on the Air Fuel Mixture(which is not the case due to #1). Alleyoop

You can get them in either flavor. You just have to know what your scooter takes a AC or DC cdi.
