With all the different block sizes, gears, weights, springs, CDI's, ECT that we have on our scoots, I would really like to ask my fellow scooters to help me get a handle on all of this. Please, you 150 to 180 size engine people, would you please post at least the following.
1- weight size, roller or sliders 2- stock or modified head/block 3- stock or modified carb size and MAIN jet size 4- stock or KOSO or similar performance variator, and belt size. 5- true (no bs, on the flat road, can hit it everyday at any time) top speed and at what RPM's. If you have a tach.
I haven't really figured out the rear end yet even though Alley keeps posting simple and understandable information, but if you guys and gals can tell me what your running with the above information, I think my next post will summarize what we all have, then ask for rear end information, and hopefully shine a brighter light and bring us more of our own overall personal knowledge of our scoot and this cool hobby.
As I read this, instead of asking twice, please list all the cool parts on your scoots and I believe my next post will Sumerize a wealth of information, beneficial to all of us.
Any other information about your scooters, please feel free to list it. Kudos to our members who list their RUN WHAT YA BRUNG info under all there posts. As soon as I figure out how to do it, I'll list mine. And if someone could explain BONES to me I would appreciate it. I've been a member for two years but apparently forum challenged. :- )

Well what you see in my signature below works pretty darn well so far...lol
Even a stock motor with free flow exhaust,CDI,COIL,UNI POD,up jetted to 115-118 on the main or so is and probably will be the best performance upgrade you can ever do besides a BBK imo.Mine ran like a banshee like that for years!

I have no idea the exact items in my scoot, all is stock from the factory. But I have had a friend with a 2014 Harley go on a ride with me and stated my top speed was 60 mph at 7900 rpm's. And top speed uphill was 50 mph with same rpm's. Scoot is a 2013 Jonway 150cc and I am close to 200 lbs. The 60 mph top speed was steady for over a mile at wot, on two different rides.
