Second time it happens What is a good place to get quality hoses that don't get toasted? If they are getting toasted please ensure that it is not because of a poorly shielded muffler, exhaust leaks or a lean running engine. Too many folks attack the symptoms without getting to the root cause. What is exposing the fuel and brake lines to searing heat needs to be addressed as the fuel tank and body of the scooter are also being exposed along with any nearby electrical components.

Didn't know the exhaust could cause that problem, I will check that

The exhaust is nowhere close to the fuel line on my 150,,the line has a straight shot from the tank to the carb inlet,,it may get some heat from being over top of the block/CVT area,,if your really worried about heat you can get that braided fuel line cover for the lines at any auto store,,it will dress up the scooter and protect the lines from heat.
If you get a quality line you should have no problems with heat,,Ive seen fuel quality line up against a head for years with no problems..but I don't recommend it:)
Make sure it has a nice clean run from tank to carb,,only use as much as it takes to get from point A to B with maybe an inch or two of slack for engine hanger/frame/suspension movement.
Maybe you can show us some pics as too how you have the line ran and how it looks when its burnt,,curious minds want to know?
Thanks
Tom

How long does that take? It should take some years for it to reoccur even with the cheapest hoses out there unless you have another issue going on.
