I'm getting ready to replace the air filter assembly with a uni airfilter. However I noticed that the air filter box has other hoses connected to it. Such as a hose that goes to the front of the engine and another that goes down to the valves beside the back tire. I was wondering what I need to do about these hoses since the filter only connects to the carburetor?

The hose coming from the valve cover put a fuel filter on the end of the hose and zip tie it on the frame higher than the valve cover(that is you crankcase vent hose). The other hose that goes on top of the tranny next to the back tire is your tranny vent hose just zip tie it someplacce out of the way, the tranny just needs to vent. Alleyoop
