Lol , don't they resemble ticks ? I think we have some here in pa also . I've also heard they are attracted to yellow . Not sure if that's true or not ?

Not really unless you have ticks 1/2 to 3/4 inch long that look like seasonal fly's or weevils.
Vibration and heat will get their attention. A hot muffler without the shield on it will really get them as they will just pile on it and get barbequed. Not sure about the yellow though.

I remember these things!
Decades ago was driving from the panhandle toward Orlando ... drove thru clouds/swarms of these things. Juicy.
Windshield wipers were useless. Had to keep stopping because the windshield was so glazed over you couldn't even see the hood of the car.
Call Al Gore and have these things banned!
